GlobalRent is a platform designed to simplify rent collection for property owners and investors by providing a unique payment link for each rental unit. We handle invoicing, payment processing, and customer support, so you can focus on your investment.
Once you register your rental property with GlobalRent, we will create a unique payment link for each unit. This link allows tenants to pay their rent directly. Payments will be sent to your PayPal account, minus the service fee. You don’t need to worry about invoicing or tax processing.
The Setup Fee is a one-time charge of $50 for each rental unit. This fee covers the creation and activation of your payment link, which will be ready for use within 24 hours.
Once tenants make payments via the payment link, the funds will be sent to your PayPal account, minus the GlobalRent service fee (2% + PayPal fees). You can create a PayPal account for free at PayPal. PayPal uses your email address for account identification, so it is essential that you provide the same email address when setting up the payment link for each rental unit.
After each payment, we will send your commission (minus our fees) directly to your PayPal account. You do not need to issue an invoice for this commission. You can then transfer the funds to any bank account for free.
No, tenants pay the same rent amount as agreed upon. GlobalRent charges only the investor for the setup and service fees.
If you need to update any details for your rental unit, you can create a new payment link by paying a new Setup Fee for each unit. This will allow you to set up new details for your unit.
Once the Setup Fee is paid, our technicians will create the payment link within 24 hours, and it will be sent to your email.
Each unit will have its own payment link. A separate Setup Fee is required for each new unit. You will receive individual payment links for each of your rental units via email.
