2. Service Description

GlobalRent provides a platform for property owners to create payment links for tenants. Tenants can pay rent online via these payment links. GlobalRent generates and sends invoices to tenants for the full amount and transfers the commission to the property owner automatically, deducting a service fee ranging from 3% to 10%. Investors have access to a detailed transaction table.

3. User Obligations

Users include landlords/property owners, tenants, and investors. All users are required to provide accurate payment information, comply with local laws, and fulfill their tax obligations.

4. Payments and Fees

GlobalRent charges a service fee of 3%-10% of the turnover. Payments are processed via PayPal, with immediate commission payouts. Refunds are handled solely by investors and are never processed through GlobalRent. PayPal fees are included in GlobalRent’s service fee.

5. Invoicing and Taxes

Invoices are sent to tenants on behalf of Globalio LLC. Landlords/investors are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their income.

6. Legal Compliance

Property owners/investors are fully responsible for complying with tax obligations in their respective countries. GlobalRent is responsible for managing payment processes.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed according to GDPR standards for purposes such as payment processing, invoicing, etc.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlobalRent is not liable for issues caused by inaccurate user information or improper income reporting by investors. We are also not responsible for service outages, PayPal errors, or issues with third-party services.

9. Termination

Users can terminate their accounts at any time without fees. GlobalRent reserves the right to terminate services for users who violate internal rules.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Delaware.

11. Affiliate Program

GlobalRent offers an affiliate program for partners who refer GlobalRent to investors. Partners registered as affiliate members are eligible to receive a referral commission from each payment they facilitate. The referral commission is calculated as a percentage of the turnover and is paid out monthly. To participate, partners must register as affiliate members through the GlobalRent platform.
